For her first Halloween party, Heidi Klum dressed up as our new favorite Hot Topic employee. She squeezed into a black patent dress and accessorized with a spiky choker and bracelets. Her final touches were brunet braids that screamed Pippi Longstocking and spooky China doll makeup.

Only Klum could make Betty Boop both sexy and scary because, yes, her take on the classic cartoon character had fangs.

Occasionally, Klum leaves us scratching our heads as to what exactly she's dressed up as, but this gilded get-up did begin her trend of elaborate costumes. Many people's best guess is that this bevy of gold was based off Predator.

This may be the sexiest, and brightest, Halloween witch we've ever seen. Seriously, that scarlet hair! The hot mama even had plans to fly, but there was a bit of a mishap. "I had a harness on, but I got stuck up there for a little while," she told The New York Post.

No one's taking a bite out of this vampire, seeing as those thigh-high patent stilettos are a straight-up weapon. And, yes, that's totally a bleeding heart pinned to Klum's dress.

For anyone else, a sexy cat would be basic. On Klum, the sparkly get-up was purr-fect.

It's amazing that the TV personality could keep topping herself, but her turn as blue-skinned Hindu goddess Kali was truly one of her most epic.

We have absolutely no idea what superhero (or alien?!) this is supposed to be, but the sparkly purple skin, fiery hair, and Iron Man-meets-Transformersspectacle is certainly larger than life.

In 2011, Klum threw two Halloween parties. For her first one in Las Vegas, she took a page right out of the Bodiesexhibit, showing us exactly what the inside of a dead body looks like. "This year, I wanted to be a dead person and have all of my skin ripped off," she told Billboard, noting that they started work on the hand-painted bodysuit in July. "It's basically like me naked. Except I don't feel naked because its so colorful.

The German model wore a much less revealing costume for her second party in New York City. She and Seal went real pre-historic, turning up as apes.

Due to Hurricane Sandy, the devastating storm that tore up the New York metro area, Klum had to cancel her partyin 2012, tweeting that she was "postponing to a haunted Christmas." She kept her word, rescheduling it in December. Before that, however, she had a fitting for what would have been her party look that year, a gold Cleopatra inspired by Liz Taylor.

Klum was far from vein when she gave us all a look into her future, turning up as a 95-year-old version of herself to her SVEDKA Vodka-sponsored soiree. The transformation was so successful, she almost didn't get into the venue, Marquee. "When I was a 95-year-old version of myself, I spent a lot of time getting the details right, down to the varicose veins and the eye lenses to make it look like I had cataracts," she told The New York Post in 2015. "No one recognized me, and I almost had to tell everyone to let me into my own party!"

Zoinks! We didn't recognize Klum at all when she arrived at her Big Apple bash, but that's a compliment, because she was a dead ringer for Jessica Rabbit. But becoming "the ultimate male fantasy" wasn't quite as sexy as it sounds."I basically had to be casted head to toe because there will be lots of body parts," the mom of fourtold ET at her costume fitting. "The cast process took about four hours to do."

While the America's Got Talent star's costume for her annual Halloween bash this year required a little less make-up than previous costumes, it did require five other women to don synthetic replicas of her face to go as nearly identical clones. Speaking with ET, the supermodel said the idea came about because "everyone always says, 'How do you juggle it all? How do you juggle it all?' I'm always thinking, ‘I wish there were more of me so I could have it much easier."

The Queen of Halloween killed it as Michael Jackson's "Thriller" werewolf at her 18th party, presented by Party City and SVEDKA Vodka, at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge and Moxy Times Square in New York City."Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' video is so iconic and it is so fabulous that we had to redo that for Halloween so we're all learning this dance," Klum told ET's Keltie Knight at the bash. "Obviously, I'm not as good as Michael, no one ever will be as good as Michael, but I really tried my hardest."

We were green with envy over Heidi's perfect couples costume! The hot mama and her boyfriend, Tom Kaulitz, transformed into Princess Fiona and Shrek for her 19th Annual Halloween Bash, presented by Party City and SVEDKA Vodka, at Lavo in New York City on Oct. 31.
The epic looks mark one of the rare times Klumhas embarked on a costume journey with a significant other, and the pair spent hours in makeup and prosthetics to turn into the jolly green ogres. "It’s special that I finally found my Shrek,” she told ET. "I kind of always wanted to be Fiona, but I never had the Shrek to do it with."

After a transformation process that took over 12 hours, Heidi hit the red carpet as a freakish otherworldly alien, while her new husband,Tom Kaulitz, donned a space suit to play the bloodied and beaten astronaut responsible for bringing Klum's nightmarishextraterrestrial to earth.
ET spoke with the pair about theircreepy couples costume, and Tom broke down the backstory behind their characters: "So I was on a mission in outer space, looking for a new planet, because we almost destroyed ours [and]I found her and I brought her back, because I thought she might have some useful information for us."
This time around, Tom only had to spend four hours getting ready -- which was far less time than it took to don 2018's Shrek costume -- while Klum sat for nearly the entire day getting layer after layer of latex and other special FX make-up glued to nearly every square inch.

After taking a two-year hiatus from hosting her party due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the supermodel completely outdid herself as aworm on a fishing hook. Her husband,Tom Kaulitz, played the role of the fisherman.
