Vegetables and fruits are rich in various types of nutrients which are needed for staying healthy and fit but, majority of us think that they are high in carbohydrates and we need to avoid them while on a no-carb diet! But, here’s a good news! You can get many nutrients from different types of fruits and veggies without consuming a lot of carbs! Yes, there exists some fruits and vegetables which have almost zero carbs and you can enjoy them without being worried about your carb intake.

1. Olives
Olives are small fruits which have a very high content of antioxidants and vitamin E. They are incredibly healthy and are low in carbs with only 1 gram of carbohydrates per 10 olives! So, add them to your salads and enjoy!

2. Bok Choy
Bok Choy is a leafy vegetable which has a very low amount of carbs in it! 1/2 cup of bok choy contains 1.5 grams of carbohydrates and loads of calcium. It is also rich in vitamin C, fibre and nitrogen.
3. Spinach
30 grams of spinach has only 1 gram of carbohydrates, which makes it an amazing choice for including in a low-carb diet! It contains high amounts of zinc, vitamins and minerals that will make sure that your nutritional intake is fulfilled!

4. Cucumber
One small cucumber contains about 2 grams of carbohydrates, which is a very low amount and can be easily added to a no-carb or low-carb diet! Put it in your salads and enjoy!
5. Radish
While a no-carb diet rule says that the follower should skip the root veggies, radishes are an exception in it! 5 medium radishes have only 0.5 grams of carbohydrates and loads of vitamin C, fibre and potassium. So, enjoy them without any worries!
6. Raspberries
Raspberries are very beneficial for the skin, heart, blood sugar and overall health! They can also decrease the risks of obesity. With only 1.5 grams of carbohydrates per 1/4 cup serving, these berries can fit very well in your diet!
7. Avocados
This wonderful fruit is packed with fibres, folate, copper, potassium, iron, zinc, vitamin K, E, C and B. However, when it comes to carbohydrates, avocados fall in the category of low-carb foods with only 1 gram of carb per 50 grams of the fruit! So, yes! It must be included in your keto diet!
