How much time do you spend hallucinating?We have a funny staying here at EOS Worldwide that goes like this…“ Vision without Traction is hallucination” Most of the time we use this phrase when there is a lot of vision and not enough traction. It balances the company and starts to pull the company forward when the vision and the traction are in balance.And at the same time without the vision, we might move forward, but it’s without intentionality and alignment so the company also starts to stagnate.If you’ve started to feel out of balance to where your company has become too disciplined, bureaucratic, or has lost its ability to be flexible or fluid, it might be time to jump into the WONDER and delight of energizing the Vision! Have you ever resisted something so much that you are almost embarrassed to admit that you are wrong? I resisted virtual sessions with clients for so long (using them as a last resort!) until I observed one day that my coaching had actually adapted and the sessions were just as useful as doing them in person. I was the only human in the group “disappointed” that we HAD to meet virtually. Once I let go of an old attachment to the past, the sessions got even better and even turned beneficial. I embraced the curiosity of BOTH. Could they both be productive, connecting and useful? What if one version isn’t better than the other version? What if they are both awesome, just different? Where else can we embrace the concept of both? And if we can have both, does that mean that a third or fourth option could also be awesome? Wow! Happy Monday my friends! EOS Worldwide
